Women's Circle - End of year release

Service Description

As we gather for our final women’s circle of 2024, we create a sacred space to pause, reflect and renew amid the busy end-of-year rush. This is a moment to prioritize yourself and release the stresses of 2024, ensuring you step into the new year lighter and more aligned. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to centre our energies, followed by a powerful end-of-year release and cord-cutting ceremony to fully let go of what no longer serves us. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the healing vibrations of tuning forks and singing bowls, connecting with their resonance for deeper balance. We’ll align and harmonize our chakras, then craft nourishing body scrubs as a gesture of self-care and renewal. The day will flow into heartfelt conversations over herbal tea, creating a supportive space to share insights, intentions and reflections. Together, we embrace this sacred time to shed the old, celebrate connection and prepare for a vibrant new beginning. Two sessions are available on Saturday 7th of December, 10am & 11:30am. Payment required upon booking. Non refundable if cancellation is within 48hrs of session time.
